When she asked me to photograph on her Film Set I said yes immediately. I did a few behind the scenes until now but it was the first time on a set. Some people know that I would love to photograph on a TV/Film set one day so I followed around everyone on 2 days about 2 years ago and oh yes it was a LOT of fun.
In a forest in the middle of nowhere. It was cold, it was wet and by the end of the evening everyone had numb hands and no one could feel their feet. But what do you expect on a rainy winter day in january? Not much but shooting in the woods is the best thing that can happen. Luckily the second half of filming was inside a sweet little house. And after dramatically lit pizza and hot drinks everyone somehow came back to life. We had fun with the fog machine. Maybe a little too much…
SET CONTINUITY!! HOW WAS THAT DAMN SIGN HANGING ON THE DOOR???
ABBYLL WE NEED TO LOOK AT YOUR PHOTOS. SHOW US THE DOOR!!!
Dramatic light, more fog, more dramatic lighting and…more fog.
We are professionals, we get shit done. And since I am a fan of heavily dramatic artificial light in dark rooms this setup was a favourite. I wish I could have taken a few shots while filming…
